ON MARCH 3, 2022 THE FLORIDA SUPREME COURT APPROVED NEW FLORIDA HOUSE AND SENATE DISTRICT LINES
District lines were approved earlier this month by the Florida Supreme Court with no challenges, which is not just unusual, but unprecedented. You can read the Court’s opinion here. The Court noted that “for the first time since the voters adopted the existing procedural framework for judicial review of apportionment in 1968, no one appeared to oppose the Legislature’s plans.”
You can explore the new district lines and information yourself

“I’m proud to have served all of Central Florida through the vast economic impact of Port Canaveral. The issues connecting Volusia and Brevard are critical. This new seat is a great opportunity for our communities to unite our voices and work together for our children, our businesses, our waterways and our beaches.”
Robyn Hattaway
Candidate for House District 30
