Commissioner Robyn Hattaway has been fighting for Central Florida citizens at Port Canaveral for four years. She’s ready to take her fight to Tallahassee. She’s not afraid to call out the nonsense. She makes the tough decisions to protect Central Florida.
Robyn Hattaway
Republican Leadership for Central Florida Families
Commissioner Robyn Hattaway was elected to the Canaveral Port Authority in 2018. She is the second woman on the Commission since its inception. Soon after being sworn in, Robyn founded the Junior Port Ambassador Program: a workforce development program connecting high school students with port partners and career paths. Commissioner Hattaway was Treasurer/ Secretary of the Commission in 2021 and again in 2022, seeing the port through one of its hardest years, the shutdown of the cruise industry during the COVID pandemic
Robyn and her team have turned in over 650 petitions and are working hard to raise money for the August primary.

Jobs
Students need to visualize the incredible potential in local trade skill careers just as much as college paths. Businesses need workforce. Robyn will connect the two ends.
Accountability
Robyn has made the tough decisions at Port Canaveral to protect public dollars, and she isn’t afraid to call out anyone who wastes them. Only through conservative fiscal policies could Port Canaveral survive the last few years without taxing its constituents. As Treasurer of the Commission, Robyn wasn’t going to let that happen.
Environment
The Indian River Lagoon and our beaches serve our citizens and welcome our tourists. Robyn continues to support investment in protecting the Lagoon, septic to sewer, and wastewater management.
